Yoga Teacher’s Giveaway

Applications close 8pm AEST 18 July 2024.

Entries will be chosen at random using a random selection tool.

The winner of the retreat will be selected and announced via our Instagram page @byronyogacentre at 11AM AEST Friday 19 July 2024.
Winner will also be contacted via Instagram direct message.

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the collaborating businesses and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

2. Entry Method: To enter, participants must complete the following steps on Instagram:

• Like and save the giveaway post @byronyogacentre
• Follow all 4 Instagram accounts tagged in the giveaway post @byronyogacentre, @yogipeaceclub, @yogi.web_, @yogaroo_
• Tag a yogi friend in the comments. There is no limit to the number of entries; participants can tag multiple friends for additional entries.
• For an extra entry, participants can share the giveaway post to their Instagram stories and tag the organising account.
• Giveaway Period: The giveaway opens on June 21, 2024 at 7am AEST and closes on July 18, 2024 at 8pm AEST. Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be eligible.

3. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winner will be announced on Instagram on the following day after the giveaway closes.

4. Prize: The prize pack is valued at over $3,500 and includes the following:

• Specialty Yoga Teacher Training Course at Byron Yoga Centre valued up to $2,530 (not including our Level 1 or Level 2 Yoga Teacher Training)
• Sustainable Yoga Mat and Yoga Attire from Yogi Peace Club valued up to $300
• Yoga Website by Yogi Web valued up to $444
• Yogi Photoshoot by Yogaroo valued up to $245

Please note that the prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

5. Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified via Instagram post and instagram direct message within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

6. Redeeming prize: The prizes must be redeemed within 12 months of issue.

7. Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the use of their Instagram handle and any submitted content for publicity purposes, including announcing the winner on social media platforms.

8. General Conditions: The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible.

9. Disclaimer: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants release Instagram of any responsibility and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.

10. Data Privacy: Information provided by participants will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with any third parties without the entrant’s prior consent.

11. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
