Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Rolled Oats
- 2 Cups of Milk (I used coco quench)
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Cardamon
- 2 Grated Medium Apples
- Juice of 2 Oranges
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Apricots
- 1/4 Cup Goji Berries
- 1/4 Cup Flaked Almonds
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
- 2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
Option: add any other variation of dried fruit and nuts of your choice
Method:
- Combine all ingredients except the milk in a bowl and mix well
- Stir through milk and ensure there is enough liquid to cover the entire mixture – if not add more milk until it does
- Cover and store in fridge over night
- Serve chilled with your choice of fresh fruits
Note: needs to be prepared the day before serving. Will keep for 2 days in the fridge.
