This binded cookbook is a celebration of the love, passion, and community that has nourished Byron Yoga Centre for so many years. It contains 39 delicious recipes including breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, sides, salads, soups, and beverages.
We’ve brought back some of your old favourites including Kitchari, Simple Dahl, Kara’s Veggie Burgers, Chilli Beans, and Apple Crumble. Plus added some new favourites including Quinoa Granola, Buddha Bowl and Elise’s Choc Mint Slice!
We extend our deepest gratitude to the incredible chefs who have passed through our kitchen, each bringing their own unique creativity, knowledge, and heart to the recipes shared here. Your dedication to wholesome, nourishing food has been an integral part of the Byron Yoga experience.
To our gardeners, who have lovingly grown and harvested the vibrant produce that fills our plates, your work is deeply appreciated. The connection between the land and our meals is a gift, and we honour the care you put into every seed planted and every harvest gathered.
To our guests, who have shared in these meals, bringing joy, gratitude, and a sense of community to our dining tables—thank you. Your presence has made every bite more meaningful.
Most importantly, we acknowledge the Arakwal people of the Bundjalung Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we are so fortunate to reside and share these meals. We honour their deep, ongoing connection to this land, its waters, and its rich traditions.
